I will list a few ads (upon approval) for a horse needing a new home that is priced under $250 for free.
If this page gets abused I will disontinue this offer.
Their will be no pedigrees just a picture and ad content telling of the horses attributes and the home they are best suited for.

Midnight
Midnight is a long two year old and a graduate from the Northern Nevada Correctional Facitilty Inmate Horse training program. He is a Virginia Range gelding that injured his shin shortly before the adoption and is rehabbing well. He is a very good natured horse and gets along well with other horses.

Bud Light
Buddy is a drop dead gorgeous Virginia Range pinto gelding and a former band stallion. He is in his teens and is definetley the boss. He has not been gentled but seems very even tempered, and level headed. Take a look at this beautiful wanna be Clydesdale look a like. He has not been gentled.

He is a 7 year old Virginia Range gelding that is a very flashy in his color and movement. He has not been gentled.

Crystal
Is a good natured 6 year old pony sized Virginia Range cremello mare. She was rescued when the owners lost their house. She has been handled and with some basic refresher of ground work should be ready for saddle training. She has blue eyes.

A 7 yr old bay Virginia Range gelding. He was taken in by another rescue group that was going under. He is well built and inteligent but, has not been gentled. He would be an excleent horse for an a adopter with advanced skills.

A 2 yr old Virginia Range bay gelding. He is familiar with people but, is still very cautious around strangers at first. He also has a great playful attitude.

A three year old dark bay Virginia Range gelding that so far is just going along with the program. He is not afraid to step up and see what is going on, and is pretty passive around the other horses. He has not been gentled.

Charley is a 6 year old roan Virginia Range gelding, who we think was returned due to owners personal difficulties. He seems really curious but, do not know how much handling he has had.

He is a bit of a pest as he makes trouble for the other horses and then hides behind the other horses. He has been gelded and is not gentled.

Heidi
Heidi was one of our Virginia Range orphan foals. She needs an environment where she consistently has something to do-intereacting with other horses, and being trained in a low energy environment. A pretty roan filly that responds well to consistent and correct handling. She is still emotionally quite young and doesnt handle excessive pressure well.

Tulip
8 month old bay roan filly
She was orphaned as a nursing foal with a terrible lip injury that left her to week to keep up with the herd. She is a great little girl that is halter broke, leads well, and has been trimmed and does pretty well. Her lip has healed fine and she is a sweetheart. She should do well for anyone experienced in raising and socializing foals.

Natalie
A 3 year old Virginia Range bay mare. She is quite tame and has been in three parades. She has packed a saddle a couple of times and has had people on her back a couple of times. Because of her age she has not been broke to ride yet. She is one of the brightest horses we have had and she learns extremly fast if she is not pressured to much.
