2008 Local News

We are working on updating this page if you have any suggestions please feel free to email us.

A Big thank you to all of those that offered their help during the initial recovery stage of the 2008 Fernley, NV Flood.  All of the local residents really stepped up to help out.  I am proud to live in an area where everyone is willing to do what they can to help when all of our neighbors were in such distress.

Their is still plenty to do to help the families.  Thankfully the county is still helping with some displaced animals while their families rebuild.

If their is anyone that needs specific help and would like to voice it here please don't hesitatet to let us know and we would be happy to get the word out.

Their is a list of resources at the bottom of this page for our animal friends.  If you can help in any way and want to be added to this list please let me know.

The photos below are of our neighbors that got hit hard by the flood waters .  This is several days after the canal broke.   We are praying that they get the help they need to go home and get their lives back.

If their is anything that you want to see on this page please just let me know.
