Lucky Horse Corral is an affiliate of Least Resistance Training Concepts a great program that is giving adopted horses a better chance for success in mentoring adopters and improving the quality of life after horses are adopted.
Lucky Horse Corral is a great organization that helps all horses in need from domestic to wild free roaming horses that have been captured. She is doing good things for our equine friends and needs our help. Todays economy is a struggle for all of us and the horses are really suffering.
Here is our chance to give back.

2009 Stallion Service Auction
Terms and Conditions.
1) Auction is for one breeding for the 2009 season too stallions listed above. If you are the winning bidder you must notify stallion owners within 30 days of Auction close so they can send you a contract for 2009.
2) Bids will be accepted via email and updated daily.
3) Payment in full for breeding from successfull bidder must be received by Local Horse 4 Sale within 5 days of auction close.
4) Payment may be made by check, money order, or paypal (3% fee). If the winning bidder fails to pay on time, then the next highest bidder will be considered the winning bidder.
5) Bids will be made in $25.00 increments. High bidder names and amounts of bids will be updated on the website daily.
6) Winning bidder will be notified by 8:00 am by email the following day of auction close.
7) Starting bid will be $50.00 for stallions.
8) The winning bidder will be purchasing in full the breeding services of the stallion. It is the mare owners responsibility to find out any additional charges from the stallion owner/agent prior to bidding. Successfull bidders are responsible for chute fees, shipped semen (where applicable), mare care, vet expenses, booking fees and any other expenses incurred. Bids are for breeding fee only. The winning bidder is responsible to make all arrangements with the stallion owner regarding breeding and availability of shipped semen.
9) The winning bidder will be bound by the breeding contract specified by the stallion owner. All stallion services are sold "as is". All sevices are sold with a live foal guarantee with the right to return the following season if a mare fails to settle in foal the year the service is purchased.
10.) The successfull bidder of a stallion service must use the breeding during the current breeding season. LH4S.com assumes no other responsibility for any other business conducted between the stallion owner and the successfull bidder.
11.) If in the event the stallion dies or is sold and new owner refuses to honor the contract all moneis paid for stud fee only will be reimbursed. This is in the 2009 season only.
12) Local Horse 4 Sale reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all bids, extend deadlines, or otherwise modify the rules as necessary to deal with unforseen circumstances which arise.
13.) No refunds will be given.
14.) Bids are non-transferrable.
15.) By placing a bid, you are entering into a legal contract. Such contract will be valid until a higher bid is placed on the same item or sevice.
